Hello, I'm KC, the catalyst behind Edge Slice LLC. You might wonder whether an extensive tech background is essential for a Scrum Master like me. The answer is, it's not the only way!
My journey is driven by a deep passion for agility in matrix frameworks and their transformative potential. While my background isn't traditionally technical, my skills in team building and teaching seamlessly fit into the Scrum Master role.
