We are Edge Slice LLC, a coalition of project managers working together to build something better. Based in Boise, Idaho, we operate as a cooperative of experienced PMs who believe that strong outcomes come from shared ownership, not rigid hierarchy.

KC Rotsaert currently serves in a managing role, helping coordinate direction and strategy, but Edge Slice is built on “we,” not “me.” Each of us brings different strengths to the table, and every voice shapes how we plan, execute, and evolve. Our work is rooted in collaboration, transparency, and mutual respect across teams and clients alike.

We challenge outdated command-and-control models. Instead of top-down management, we focus on building agility into the business framework itself. For us, Agile is not a buzzword. It is a philosophy of adaptability, shared responsibility, and continuous improvement. We work alongside your team, not above it, helping create systems that move faster, think smarter, and respond to change with confidence.
